02 / FIRST CONTACT

LOOK CLOSER.
GO FURTHER.

Every saved cell has a place on Earth and evidence you can inspect. Start with a location. Follow it all the way down.

  1. Find your ground.

Rotate the globe and choose a saved region. Open its 32 × 32 cell grid, then inspect a cell’s imagery crop, source, resolution, and revision.

  2. Choose when to mine.

Open Mine, set your longitude and latitude, and select Mine this area. A source block can fill up to 64 USGS cells or 1,024 Sentinel cells.

  3. Build on what is there.

Equal or better imagery stays in place. Finer imagery renovates the same permanent cell address. Open your archive folder to see the saved files.
